Quick in & out during lunch time, Thursday. Ceasar salad was fresh & chili was great! I went inside because drive thru looked way too busy. I had fast service & no. Problems. Thanks!

Slow service, amateur employees, and a "not-so-value" menu. The only redeeming quality: the food is on par with Wendy's. I used to be a fairly regular patron to the neighborhood fast food joint, but lately the visits have been more out of necessity. This last visit was no exception (my second time in to this particular joint). As it was a trip of necessity I took the drive-through. I had a simple order: cobb salad, baked potato, and two items off the "value" menu. Side-note, this place probably had the highest priced JBC I have ever seen. After ordering the salad, the lady over the box asked if there was anything else. "Can I have a sour cream and chive baked potato?" I said. "No, no, no" was what I heard back... I found out soon that she wasn't talking to me, but c'mon, turn off the mic! Once the order was placed I pulled up to the window and waited for my food. I sat there for a while... In fact there's a timer on the wall that counts up the number of seconds per drive through order... 200 seconds, 300 seconds, 330 seconds and the thing started beeping and blinking... 400 seconds... 500 seconds (sir your food is coming up)... 572 seconds. That's how long I waited in my car (a little over 9 and a half minutes if you don't want to do the math). Needless to say, that is entirely too long to be sitting at a drive through window. Oh, and let's just say the last visit wasn't much better either.

Keep Driving! I usually prefer Wendy's over other fast food restaurants, however, I will never return to this particular Wendy's. The cashier was rude. I ordered one of their "speciality" salads. It was the worst salad I've ever had. The lettuce was warm, the blue cheese dressing was disgusting, and the grilled chicken tasted rubbery. It was almost as if they took an old salad and stuck the whole thing in the microwave. Yuck! I'm not giving up on Wendy's. Just this one.
